Phillip M. Burrell

The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) has appointed Phillip M. Burrell as director, health market research.

Burrell comes to HAP from Frost & Sullivan, where he served as a research consultant and analyst conducting health care research and analysis over markets in connected health and advanced medical technologies. His responsibilities included doing market analysis and forecasting, contributing to health care publications, and responding to specific inquiries about the Affordable Care Act and health care delivery systems.

Sherita Ceasar

Comcast has promoted Sherita Ceasar to senior vice president, national video deployment engineering.

In this role, she is responsible for the overall vision, direction, and management of all national video deployment projects including new build infrastructure projects, software and hardware platform upgrades, technical launch validation, infrastructure capacity needs and decommissioning of end-of-life video equipment.

Donna Frisby-Greenwood

The Fund for the School District of Philadelphia’s board of trustees has appointed Donna Frisby-Greenwood as its first president and CEO.

Effective May 1, she will join the current director, Angela Connor, as the second full-time executive of the fund.

The fund’s mission is to generate, direct and manage private philanthropic resources in response to the goals of the School District of Philadelphia.

Frisby-Greenwood most recently served as the program director/Philadelphia for the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.
