Dixie P. James

Dixie P. James has been appointed president and chief operating officer for Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, Einstein Medical Center Elkins Park, MossRehab, Willowcrest and Center One.

She joined Einstein in 2008 and has taken on increasing responsibilities and roles, most recently serving as vice president of strategy and service line operations.

During her tenure, James has provided leadership to expand Einstein services, technology, outpatient locations, managed budgets and capital spending, and has overseen quality and patient experience for a variety of clinical departments.

Prior to joining Einstein Healthcare Network, she held management roles in strategic planning at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware, and Lifebridge Health in Baltimore.

Floyd R. Simpson III

PFM has announced that Floyd R. Simpson III will join the Outsourced Chief Investment Office as a client portfolio strategist.

He will be based in the asset management firm’s Philadelphia location. Simpson will assist in the creation and delivery of the firm’s views and strategies to clients, prospects and third-party consultants.

Simpson joins PFM with 17 years of experience in wealth management consulting, institutional client servicing and manager research.

He has served on the boards of Truman State University, CFA Society of Philadelphia, UCAN Chicago Auxiliary and PEAK Chicago.
