Quatrel is a handsome 11-year-old with a winning smile. He is athletic and enjoys the outdoors. One of his strengths is his great ability to think in terms of visual images. Because of this, he can create amazing things with Legos. He is also adept at playing video games.

Quatrel enjoys listening to music and is eager to learn to play an instrument. He is not sure just yet which instrument, so he wants to try a few different ones before taking lessons. He likes school, especially math class. He benefits from assistance in organizing and doing his schoolwork.

Above all else, Quatrel yearns to have a family to call his own. He has experienced many separations and losses and needs a stable home where he feels loved and accepted. The best home for him would be with a patient, loving family that will provide a stable environment for him and help him reach his potential. He is close to his siblings, and it is important that they remain in contact. He is eligible for financial subsidy.

Adoptive parents do not need to have a specific income and they do not need to own their own homes. This kind of adoption is virtually free, and many of the children are eligible for financial subsidy.

Please contact the National Adoption Center, 1500 Walnut St., Suite 701, Philadelphia, PA 19102 if you would like more information about adopting children out of the foster-care system. Call today for a free packet of information, (215) 735-9988 or visit the website at www.adopt.org.
