Curtis Hayden Boyd Sr. died Aug. 24, 2012.
He was 58.
Boyd was born Aug. 25, 1954, to Sarah Boyd and the late Ricky Parker.
He attended Simon Gratz High School. He retired from Solvay Solexis, Inc. of Newark, Del.
Boyd loved music by Carlos Santana, cooking, family outings and basketball.
He is survived by his daughters, Brooke M. Boyd and Audra R. Boyd of Newark, Del.; mother, Sarah Boyd of Philadelphia; sisters, Christina Scipio of Philadelphia and Deborah Jenkins of West Chester; nieces, Rachel Scipio, Lorraine Scipio and Megan Scipio of Philadelphia; a grandchild and other relatives and friends.
